If you are a fan of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, you may want to know how you can find out when the Witch Queen will appear in the game. Thankfully, we have an answer for that. It’s actually pretty simple to do.
Savathun’s Throne World
Savathun’s Throne World is a strange and magical land with many secrets. This new locale is set to be a large part of the new Guardians of the Galaxy expansion. The expansion will see Guardians travel to the Throne World and into the hands of the Hive.
According to Bungie, the first big reveal of the upcoming expansion is the unveiling of the infamous void rework. However, this void rework is only the beginning. They will also be introducing a new type of weapon and a few new enemies. In addition, they will be expanding the available hub worlds and adding the new villain, the Witch Queen.
As for the Throne World, it will look a lot different from its pre-existing version. It’s a wonderland of corruption and beauty. You’ll find a palace, a swamp, and a mix of motifs. On top of all that, you’ll be able to take in the scenery in a new vehicle. There’s also the possibility of an upcoming raid.
Earlier this month, Bungie released a new trailer that showed a glimpse of what we can expect from the upcoming Savathun’s Throne world. While we’re still several weeks away from the expansion’s launch, this new trailer should give fans a good idea of what to expect.
The expansion will feature new locations on the THrone World, as well as a whole host of new enemies. There’s also the matter of the Throne’s rework and the fact that it can be played on both PC and Xbox One.
A new update to the game’s website has confirmed that there will be six-player matchmade activity. This is an interesting announcement since the game has never previously mentioned such an activity. Considering the magnitude of the Throne and the size of the rework, it’s likely that you’ll be able to play The Witch Queen for at least a few months before the expansion’s release. If you aren’t ready to get started, you can still check out Destiny 2 for free on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. It’s a great way to delve into the world of Destiny.
Darkness subclass
When Destiny 2’s next major expansion, The Witch Queen, launches on February 22, 2022, it will also introduce a new Darkness subclass to the game. Although it’s not yet clear if this subclass will be an entirely new build or just a modification of existing abilities, there are some interesting hints as to what to expect.
The Witch Queen will be the next chapter in the Light and Darkness saga and will introduce new locations and a new weapon crafting system to the game. It’s possible that players will also learn to summon portals in this expansion. However, it’s more likely that this will be a minor teasing of what’s to come in the game.
One of the more interesting tidbits from the Destiny 2 Showcase was the reveal of Season 18. In Season 18, there will be a conflict with Darkness. Bungie is also planning to rework the Stasis subclass, so that it becomes more balanced.
Another tidbit was the revelation of a new weapon archetype. While there is no specific information on how this will be implemented, it seems like the new weapons will be based on a grapple hook-like apparatus. These new weapons will be used to gain invisibility much more efficiently. This may affect end-game content, but it will allow Guardians to get to their targets faster.
A third tidbit of information was the introduction of the Stylish Executioner Aspect. Upon killing an enemy, this aspect grants the player Truesight. Also, the Stylish Executioner Aspect has the ability to grant invisibility as well.
If this is confirmed to be the case, it will make Destiny 2’s Void subclass more balanced than ever before. Hopefully, it will help to put the Void in line with recent Darkness subclasses.
The other main feature of this new subclass is its focus on movement. Unlike the other two, this subclass is more focused on traversal. As a result, there is less emphasis on damage. To compensate for this, players will also learn to use the Devour ability, which feeds on the energy of their enemies.
Season pass rewards
If you’re ready for the latest Destiny 2 update, The Witch Queen, you’ll want to check out some of these season pass rewards before it goes live. These rewards include an exotic sidearm, new exotic weapons, an Exotic weapon, a Legendary armor set, and more.
There’s also a new dungeon for players who own The Witch Queen. In order to play it, you’ll need to purchase the Dungeon Key. Bungie will be selling the dungeon key for 2,000 Silver. You’ll then be able to access the dungeon in Season 19.
Other free rewards that can be redeemed include new secret treasures, armor ornaments, and an Exotic emote. All of these items are only available once per account. However, the Trespasser exotic sidearm can be unlocked instantly with a Season Pass.
The other noteworthy tidbit from the Witch Queen is the return of the Trespasser exotic sidearm from the original game. This is a rare item that can be redeemed by players who go flawless in Destiny 2. For the time being, though, this will be the only way to earn the Adept Trials cosmetics.
The Witch Queen is available for pre-order on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It’s scheduled for release on February 22, 2022. A physical Collector’s Edition is also available, which features a replica of the Hive Ghost and other mysteries from the Throne World.
Along with the new updates, Bungie is preparing for a special 30th anniversary. Players will be able to pre-order the Bungie 30th Anniversary pack, which will contain a new dungeon and exclusive cosmetics. Pre-orders will be available for a limited time. Those who order will receive a weekly newsletter.
With the new update, the ‘Witches’ in the Void have been substantially changed. New exotics, weapons, and activities will be added to the game, including a new Nightmare Containment activity. Among the new features is an Exotic emote, a new Exotic quest, and a new PsiOps Battleground. To top it off, players will be tasked with defending the world from the ravaging forces of the Witch Queen. But, as always, the best part is playing the game.
